How we look after the details you give us.
Drive2future is responsible for the personal details you give us through this website (Bolton Road, Bury).
What we collect: your name, email address and phone number, your pick-up address, the services and appointment you book, and anything you write in your booking notes.
Why: to arrange and carry out the work you book, to contact you about your booking, and to keep the records a business needs to keep. We rely on this being necessary to provide the service you asked for, and on our legitimate interest in running the business.
Website statistics: when you visit, we record the pages you view, your browser and device, your approximate location and your IP address, so we can see how the website is used. No cookies are used for this and the records are deleted after 90 days.
Who we share it with: only the providers who help us run this website and our bookings (hosting, email and, if you pay online, our payment provider). We never sell your details.
How long we keep it: for as long as we need it for your bookings and for our accounting and legal records, typically up to six years.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by contacting us at [email protected] or 07717 243266. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
